Blog about services you provide (and your partner's services/products)
Use your affiliate links (especially from our client portal) to link out to services you are partnered with when you mention them. This is a great way to earn income by posting a blog once. Google will index your post & you can share it out to multiple boards on Pinterest. Readers follow the link and if they buy within 90 days, you get paid! If they renew, you get paid again! THAT is awesome passive income!

Get familiar with social bookmarking sites.
The external metadata compiled via user-generated descriptions, tags, titles and categorization is incredibly valuable to search engines, as in the same philosophy as anchored backlinks, descriptive content about a web site defined by the users of that site who are not associated with the marketing or coding of that site, can be extremely powerful in gauging the importance and relevance of the content and tags which are used on that site.
Bookmarks show how a site is perceived, and when these sites allow voting, they also show the engines or whatever classification system which monitors voting, how people feel about the quality of the site. Furthermore, social bookmarking can introduce a site to the search engines, as in some cases, people may find and bookmark a site or a site’s internal pages before a search engine can find those pages via another form of inbound link.

You want to use phrases your ideal client might plug into a search engine. Use them in the Title, headlines, & body text of your blog post. The social bookmarks will help you gain authority as a leader in your niche & the search engine gods will begin to raise your status eventually to the first page. That coveted number #1 spot is the goal after all. Link up your lead capture box into your posts & you're in business. Highly qualified leads will be kicking down your door so to speak!

Get a consistent content plan in place.
You have likely been hanging around your network online quite a bit. I bet you've been asking them questions, getting insights on what they are having struggles with, & talking with them to see how you can assist them. If so you know what they need. Now you can create a few categories targeted at helping them. The more you help them through your content, the more you will attract the people that want to hire you to do it for them. In our online space, the content creators are the kings and queens of the network. They get the clients because they are providing the most support & addressing the needs of the people they would like to work with so more people find them. It's a cycle. Create content, publish it, make your audience excited about what you know, they refer more people to you & share your blog posts, google ranks you higher because you are now relevant in your niche.
